1. GENERAL
The website https://internetcode.gr was designed and operates under the control of the Business operating under the name ΜΙΧΑΛΗΣ ΜΙΧΑΗΛ ΣΤΑΜΑΤΙΟΣ, email: m+website@internetcode.gr, and is the Business’s official website. These Terms of Use describe the framework under which you are granted the right to access, browse and use the Website and interact with the Business.
2. SCOPE
These Terms of Use concern and apply to internet users when browsing and using internetcode.gr and when interacting with the Business, either by communicating directly with it or through the accounts, pages and channels it maintains on social media (Social Media, Google Maps, etc.). Accordingly, the words “you” and “your”, and second-person forms generally, refer to Users. First-person plural forms refer to actions and statements of the Business.
3. PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE
The Website is intended for interested internet users (companies, businesses and individuals) and aims to inform you about the Business’s services and enable you to contact it. Accessing, using and browsing the Website is free and does not entail any financial charge to you.

Using the Website requires Users to have internet access. You must arrange internet access yourself and bear in full any charges imposed by internet service and access providers for using the internet to browse Internetcode.gr and receive or send data on the Website.
The Business is not responsible for any inability of your device to access the Website or display its content, provides no guarantee of compatibility and/or smooth operation of the Website, and does not provide any hardware.
7. ACCESS & USE
Access to and use of Internetcode.gr and the Services by any User are governed by these terms. Before accessing, browsing or using Internetcode.gr in any way, every User of the Website clearly, expressly and unconditionally declares that they fully accept the Website’s Terms of Use and any other terms that meet legal requirements and may appear on this website in addition to this text, including, for example, in the following places: Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy. The provisions applicable to the Terms also apply to any other terms that meet legal requirements and appear on the Website. Your unconditional acceptance of the Terms of Use is a prerequisite for (1) accessing and using the Website and (2) communicating and interacting with the Business.
Please read the Terms of Use carefully before taking any action, interacting with, accessing or using the Website and the Services, and comply with them. If you disagree with the content of the Terms of Use, you are requested to refrain from any use of Internetcode.gr and the Services.
The Website operates 24 hours a day without restrictions. The Business reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the operation of the Website and/or the Services for repair, maintenance, upgrading, improvement, commercial policy or other reasons, at any time and without notice.
Users must act within the framework of Greek law, including European Regulations, and exercise their rights within the limits imposed by good faith, good morals and the social and economic purpose of their rights.
Users must not use the Website, the Services, any means of expression through the Website, or Internetcode.gr accounts on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Google Maps, etc., to post, publish or transmit information, data or content generally, in any form, that is unlawful, unfair, abusive, defamatory and/or false, threatening, fraudulent, extortionate, insulting, provocative, offensive, obscene, vulgar, blasphemous, pornographic, racist or discriminatory, that violates confidentiality of any kind, harms minors’ interests, professional reputation, privacy or constitutionally protected rights, or is contrary to the law generally. Users are also prohibited from sharing, in the manner described above, advertisements of any form or content, third parties’ personal data, confidential information about the Business or its partners, “pirated” or malicious software, works protected by copyright and industrial property law, and so on.
Users of the Website and all third parties are expressly prohibited from interfering with the appearance, operation, Services, content, databases or any other element of the Website through any mechanism, software, whether malicious or otherwise, electronic or non-electronic procedure, or transmission of harmful files, including, for example, viruses, malware, ransomware, DDoS attacks, etc., capable of affecting, damaging, suspending, interrupting or otherwise hindering the smooth operation of the Website or connection to, access to and use of it, and jeopardising the provision of the Services.
Users and any third-party natural or legal person or other body are prohibited from using software to intercept Users’ data held by the Business, or from storing and processing the data, including traffic data, for advertising or other purposes.
Users and third parties must refrain from defaming the Business, the Website and the Services. Users are prohibited from defaming the Business and the Services on Internetcode.gr social media accounts (good-faith reviews are excluded). The Business reserves the right to remove or make non-public defamatory and generally unlawful User comments.
Users are prohibited from exploiting information obtained from Internetcode.gr by selling it, making it available to third parties or republishing it anywhere. The Website is provided solely for information, and any commercial use or exploitation of its content by Users or third parties is prohibited. Republishing Website content for journalistic purposes is permitted, subject to compliance with the relevant legislation, statutory provisions and these terms.
8. INTERPRETATION – INVALIDITY
If any of the Terms of Use is held invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining terms or render all the terms invalid. The remaining terms will remain valid and in force and will be interpreted in accordance with the overall spirit of the Terms of Use, including any invalid term.
9. BREACH OF THE TERMS OF USE
All Terms of Use are essential. A breach of the Terms of Use by any User entails the penalties provided for by applicable legislation and the User’s obligation to compensate the Business or any third party for all actual loss and loss of profit arising from their unlawful conduct contrary to these terms. In the event of a breach of the Terms of Use, the Business may prohibit the User from accessing the Website and the Services, delete information shared by the User, and exercise all rights provided by law. The Business’s failure to exercise its rights under these terms or under the law does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Business is not obliged to verify the identity of a person who enters personal data on the Website or sends data through the Website, or to ascertain the truth of information provided by a User, and assumes that the person providing personal data is the actual data subject. When using the Website, Users must accurately provide their complete and truthful details as requested. The Business bears no liability for any damage to a User or third party caused by a User’s unintentional or intentional provision of false or inaccurate information. The User is liable for any false and unlawful entry both to the Business and to the third party to whom the personal data relate. Subject to the conditions of applicable legislation governing the liability of information society service providers, the Business is exempt from liability for content that third parties may publish on the Website.
The Business bears no liability for any damage to a User or third party caused by risks affecting internet users that may arise when using the Website. The Business monitors the security level of the Services in the electronic environment using programs that prevent the spread of viruses and malicious software. When browsing and using the Website, Users are advised to use protection software against viruses and malicious software such as trojan horses, spyware, malware, ransomware, DDoS attacks, etc. The Business is not liable for any damage to the User’s devices (hardware), programs (software) or device data, or for any other type of damage to the User or a third party arising from the risks described above.
Human error, malfunctions of the Business’s network or computer systems and other factors that may affect the accurate provision of information to Users cannot be ruled out during the Website’s operation. If Users of the Website notice any incorrect information, we advise them to contact us by email at m+website@internetcode.gr so that the error can be corrected promptly, clarifications provided and the Services delivered more effectively to the public.
The Business is not responsible for the content of webpages to which Users are referred or directed by links, frames, banners, etc., placed on the Website. Specifically, the Website features partner businesses that provide useful services related to those of the Business, as well as businesses that have purchased or continue to purchase our services. The Business is not liable for any damage to a User or third party resulting from visits to the websites of those businesses, or for any damage arising from risks in the electronic environment of businesses featured on the pages the Business maintains on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Full responsibility for the content, information, Users’ security, protection of their personal data and the quality of services provided rests with the owners, administrators and rights holders of those websites, which the User visits at their own risk. The Business has not approved, does not proactively monitor and does not endorse that content.
The Website’s electronic environment may include third-party listings, advertisements or statements promoting their businesses and products or services and directing Users to other websites through links, banners, etc. The Business does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, validity or legality of the advertisements, listings or information, does not guarantee that they contain lawful and truthful statements, and does not monitor, approve or endorse the content of advertisements. It is not liable in any way to the state, authorities, consumers or any natural or legal person for the quality, availability or legality of the advertised products or services, or for any actual loss or loss of profit suffered by a User or third party from viewing, using or making use of the information in those advertisements.
The Website and the Services are provided as they are, with the technical specifications and limitations set by the Business. The Business provides no warranty of any kind, including as to the Website’s proper operation; the accuracy, reliability, quality or completeness of its content; the absence of limitations or errors; security and resilience to attacks; compatibility with software and devices; or performance and smooth operation. It bears no liability for permanent or temporary malfunctions or for any other loss, damage or adverse effect suffered by you, your equipment or any third party through use of the Website and its content.
No natural or legal person other than the Business and the User has the right to enforce, seek to enforce or require the application of any of these Terms of Use.
The Business’s publication of the Terms of Use and their content cannot establish liability on the part of the Business beyond that provided for by law.
11. APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes arising from use of the Website are governed by the law of the Hellenic Republic, which governs, among other things, the operation of the Website and any disputes that arise. Any dispute between the Business and Users or third parties arising from the operation and/or use of Internetcode.gr will be resolved through amicable negotiations between them in accordance with the principles of good faith and fair dealing. If the dispute is not resolved in this way, it will be addressed through alternative out-of-court dispute resolution methods, such as Mediation, within a strict time limit of two (2) months from the dispute being raised. If it is demonstrably not resolved by these methods, the Greek Courts will have jurisdiction, with local jurisdiction vested in the Courts of Athens.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Works included on the Website, for example in the form of text, images, designs, photographs, graphics, moving images (computer animation), logos, marks, software, databases, articles, musical and audiovisual excerpts and videos, which fall within the protection of Law 2121/1993 and other national or international provisions, constitute the Business’s copyright-protected property, subject to the copyright of third-party rights holders, and are protected under the relevant provisions of Greek and European law.
The Business retains copyright in the Website, which is protected as an original work of visual design and applied art under the conditions prescribed by law, and as a collection of works. Copyright arises originally without formalities.
Under applicable legislation, the Website is also protected as an industrial design or model. The Business’s distinctive signs are protected by applicable trademark legislation under the specific conditions and definitions laid down by law. The distinctive signs and all Website content are also protected by the provisions of unfair competition law.
The domain name internetcode.gr has been lawfully assigned by the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) to the Business, which holds, among other rights, the exclusive right to use it. Furthermore, the Business prohibits any third party from registering an identical or similar domain name with any extension that may intentionally or unintentionally confuse consumers, such registration constituting an act of unfair competition and/or unfair exploitation of the Business’s reputation and customer base.
The recording and reproduction, in whole or in part, of works included on the Website, the creation of copies, reproduction by downloading and storing them on the User’s device, distribution to the public in any form by sale or otherwise, rental and lending, public performance, and transmission or communication to the public by any means are prohibited. Any form of modification and any infringement of the author’s rights arising from the conditions in which the works are presented are also prohibited. The appearance of these works on the Website does not under any circumstances constitute the transfer or grant of a licence or right to use them for purposes unrelated to the lawful use of Internetcode.gr.
The webpages of Internetcode.gr are also protected as databases. In particular, the following are prohibited in relation to the Website’s databases: temporary or permanent reproduction by any means and in any form, in whole or in part; translation, adaptation, arrangement and any other alteration; distribution in any form of the databases or copies thereof; any communication, display or presentation to the public; any reproduction, distribution, communication, sale, display or presentation to the public of the results of translating, adapting, arranging or altering the databases; uploading, storage and extraction; downloading; publication on the internet; and any other processing or commercial exploitation.
The Website’s databases are further protected by their maker’s sui generis right. The extraction and/or reuse of all or a substantial part of the databases’ contents, evaluated qualitatively or quantitatively, whether manually or automatically, is prohibited.
Repeated and systematic extraction and/or reuse of insubstantial parts of the databases’ contents is prohibited where it involves acts that conflict with the normal exploitation of the databases or unreasonably prejudice the legitimate interests of their maker. Furthermore, the automated collection and storage of information contained in the Website’s databases (using web scraping, web harvesting, web data extraction programs, etc.), or its manual collection and storage, and the bulk or systematic downloading of information from the Website for any use or exploitation without the Business’s written consent, are prohibited.
Under applicable legislation, the content of this website is also protected against infringement of industrial property rights belonging to the Business, subject to the rights of third-party rights holders and bodies. Copying any part of the Website’s content, creating derivative material, plagiarism and creating text based on the Website’s texts are prohibited.
Infringement of the copyright of the Business or a third party in the Website’s content or in any material published by the Business entails the penalties (civil, administrative and criminal) provided for by applicable legislation and the infringer’s obligation to compensate the Business or any third party for all actual loss and loss of profit arising from their unlawful conduct. If a User infringes the Business’s copyright, the Business may prohibit the User from accessing the Website and exercise all rights provided by law.
Lawful browsing of Internetcode.gr and use of its services, with respect for and full compliance with the Terms of Use and applicable legislation, do not infringe the Business’s copyright. The Business grants Users a licence to use Internetcode.gr solely for obtaining information and communicating with the Business. Users may obtain information and download material from the Website where the Business makes this possible, subject to compliance with the Terms above. Republishing Website content for journalistic purposes is permitted, subject to compliance with the relevant legislation, statutory provisions and these terms.
13. AMENDMENTS
The Business reserves the right to amend the Website’s Terms of Use freely, unilaterally and without notice. Publication on this Website alone is sufficient for any new term, amendment or removal of an existing term to take effect prospectively. Users must check periodically for amendments to these Terms of Use. Posting terms on this webpage fulfils the requirements for notifying Users of any changes to the Terms of Use. Use of Internetcode.gr requires and also confirms the User’s acceptance of the pre-existing terms as in force, including amendments, changes and removals such as those described above.
